68 year old male who had hair plugs 10 years ago by another doctor.  Obviously, the hairline is unnatural, "pluggy" and only partially created.  He had no interest in hair restoration at this point.   He had a few of the bigger the plugs removed surgically and the rest removed with laser hair removal.  He now looks "balder" but much more natural.
