How much does it cost to become a member of the Chicago Center For Anti-Aging?

The cost for the initial visit and first follow up is $1,000.00.  This will automatically make you a member of the Chicago Center For Anti-Aging.  With membership you will be qualified to take advantage of the many discounts to achieve overall wellness and health.  Each monthly follow up will depend on you.  If you want to purchase vitamins, hormone therapies or any other anti aging products, you will pay the cost of those products.

Does insurance cover any of the treatments?

Fortunately, most insurance companies are covering some testing and therapies.  When selected, the details of each will be discussed in further detail.  As for the initial membership cost, that will not be covered by your insurance.
