• Within 30 minutes of Reflexology, you must drink 500 cc (cubic centimeters) of warm water.
• Do not apply pressure to any bones in your body
• Heart conditions, Kidney problems or Diabetes – Time per area should be restricted to less than ten minutes.
• Consult a physician first in suffering from Epilepsy or High blood pressure
