Skin Cancer - Keratoacanthoma

  • Sunlight is thought to be a factor in the development of keratoacanthoma skin cancer.

  • Keratoacanthomas are more common in people who smoke.

Sometimes minor trauma to the skin occurs before the development of a keratoacanthoma skin cancer.
