82 year old female 6 months after excision of a squamous cell cancer on her nose. She remains cancer-free. The cancer surgery removed most of her left nose. She underwent a two-stage reconstruction. Notice the nice result with scars that are well hidden within her nasal aesthetic lines. Also notice that there is no distortion of her tip and her tip defining points are nicely delineated.
