Lash and brow tinting is one of the top 5 most popular salon spa treatments worldwide. We use Intensive™ tinting products, which has all natural ingredients and contain no coal tar or other prohibited materials. Lashes actually become longer using eyelash tinting than they would be in their natural color and state. This is especially true if you do not have naturally dark eyelashes.
The treatment lasts about 30 minutes and requires no downtime. During the eyelash tinting procedure, vaseline is applied around the upper and lower eyelids. The lash tint is then applied to the upper and lower lashes. The dye sets for 5 to 15 minutes. There are many color blends that are possible but the most common ones patients pick involve black or brown. The aesthetician will discuss a specific color tint with you. The patient must keep their eyes closed throughout the procedure. Eyelash tinting lasts about 4-8 weeks and is safe and effective. If you are allergic to hair dye or have an eye infection, eyelash tinting is not for you. If you wear contacts, please remove them prior to the treatment.
Eyelash Tinting is a great alternative to mascara, especially if you get an allergic reaction to mascara. Some patients, however, still want to wear mascara even after getting eyelash tinting and it is ok to do so.
