Sometimes secondary procedures are necessary after breast reconstruction including removal of excess tissue, lifting, fat injections, removal of fat or flap necrosis etc.

Implants were bothering her and she had chronic pain and breast implant illness syndrome after her many breast cancer reconstruction procedures. You can see even though she had her implants removed, she has much more natural projection now.
