The most effective method to radiant skin is combining both internal and topical treatments in your daily routine. Clean up your diet. Holiday gatherings always consist of goodies and treats that are bad for your skin and it’s hard to skip the delicious sweets. However, it is important to recognize the ins and outs of your skin and try to avoid those foods that can irritate it. If your skin gets red easily or you suffer from rosacea, hot and spicy foods should be avoided. Alcohol is a big no-no for those who have rosacea. For individuals with acne or oily skin, it is advised to stay away from fried foods and dairy products. White flour and sugar and sugar create inflammation and can make any skin condition worse. Fill your body with healthy teas, both topically and by drinking.

Numerous teas have excellent benefits for the skin. Tea has tremendously effective skin-healing, purifying and antioxidant properties that have been proven to support acne. Red tea and chamomile tea have mostly been found to be beneficial in reducing acne, acne scars, blackheads and whiteheads. Furthermore, chamomile has been found to stop acne, especially in the essential oil form due to its powerful effects. Drink about 2 cups a day. Your acne-prone skin will thank you. You can also add honey and lemon, which both are great for skin health and acne. Zinc supplements. You can take zinc supplements internally 2-3 times daily or as recommended by your physician. You can also look for natural moisturizers that contain zinc as a primary ingredient. Incorporate these tips in your health and beauty regimen in the weeks to come, and you'll be sure to glow this holiday season!

Anti-Aging Tip:

Pasta is linked to depression?

Individuals who are hoping to avoid depression may want to re-adjust their diets! Studies conducted over 12 years on more than 42,000 women established higher rates of depression in those who consumed more pasta and other refined grains. Pasta along with sugar, junk food and processed meats caused inflammation in the study’s participants. The participants who consumed high amounts of these foods in their diets were most likely to be diagnosed with depression. Nutritionists suggests that to keep the body and the mind healthy, individuals should consume a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, fish, poultry and low-fat cheese. Depression is one of the most commonly diagnosed mental illnesses in the world. Those who suffer from depression are often sad, moody and hopeless. This illness can prevent many people from living a normal life. Researchers and physicians have established that new methods of preventing depression are needed. It is believed that a healthy diet may be one of the best ways to contest depression symptoms.

Plastic Surgery Tip:

Chicago Laser Skin Tightening

There are several non-invasive techniques that can tighten the skin. We will not be talking about laser resurfacing here. While some devices do not deliver the results of a surgical lifting procedure, they can produce mild to modest tightening by sending heat deep into the skin. This is called laser skin tightening. Laser skin tightening is a non-surgical, minimally invasive process that uses radiofrequency and infrared light source to tighten skin by heating the collagen under the skin’s surface, causing the skin to contract or tighten. Facial skin tightening is usually noticeable immediately after the treatment, and there is no downtime, making this a popular procedure. Additional skin tightening occurs over the next few months, but optimal results usually require at least two or three treatments about a month apart. This procedure is appropriate for men and women of all skin tones and skin types who wish to obtain tightening results without invasive surgery procedure with extensive recovery times. Successful laser skin tightening candidates will typically experience permanent results as the collagen under their skin is regenerated, producing a more youthful appearance.
