Skin Care Tip:

Keeping the Moisture in your skin during the winter!

Take some time this winter to avoid that dry skin and have silky smooth skin. During the winter months, try and avoid products with alcohol and try using a face wash that is mild and has a thicker moisturizer. Exfoliate skin with a gentle body scrub. Some other ways to help keep the moisture in your skin include using a humidifier in the home to keep the moisture in the air while also avoiding hot showers.

Anti-Aging Tip:

How stress affects aging!

They say what you eat is what you are but in this case how you feel may also directly influence how you look. When a body gets stressed, it causes the muscles to tense up. If we learn to manage our stress level we will usually have a chance of a healthier and longer life. Simple exercise and breathing relaxation techniques can release stress.
