Skin care tip:

#2 Keep it toned.
Toning helps keep the skin clear and firm. It helps “tone” your skin (just like your muscles) and makes your skin tighter, while helping maintain it’s elasticity.

Because men are outside more often than women, environmental debris and pollutants are more of a factor to their skin's health. Thus, toning should not be forgotten!

As skin ages, it needs to work harder to maintain its elasticity. Astringents and toners with glycolic or alpha hydroxy acids work the best for toning the face. These acids actually can reduce the pore size and also help avoid ingrown hairs. They are aggressive and have quick results. Remember to look for a product that is not photosensitive (sensitive to light).

Anti Aging tip:

Importance of Avoiding Obesity

Hormone deficiencies, especially human growth hormone deficiency, are made much worse if you are overweight. Obesity automatically lowers the amount of human growth hormone in your body. A great anti aging health tip to remember is that, the more body fat you have, the less HGH you will have - even when you're young!

The opposite, of course, is also true - the less body fat you have, the more human growth hormone you have in your bloodstream. The regulation of insulin with IGF-1 (which complements the work of HGH in your body) is also tremendously compromised with obesity. And obesity is still the number one health problem in America.

Plastic surgery tip:

Lots of people have cysts. We always get questions about how to get rid of them. By far, the best treatment is surgical removal. Usually only a local anesthetic is used in a simple office procedure. The procedure is usually covered by insurance.

However, if your cyst is not bothering you, you can always leave it alone and just watch it. If it ever gets infected (go see a doctor right away), then you should consider removal at a later time when the infection has cleared.
