Benefits of Hand Repair Products!
There are many reasons to consistently use a hand repair product like a cream or lotion. Some reasons include fixing “scaly skin”, “crepey skin” and dehydrated skin. Frequent use of lotion can help reduce any of these issues. Scaly skin is dry skin. It is recommended to use moisturizing masks that contain glycerin and plant oil. Crepey skin is when the hands have a crumpled look, for example like crumpled gift wrapping paper. Some doctors recommend using Retin-A Cream as part of any skin care regimen in addition to moisturizing. In conclusion, when used daily, hand repair creams and lotions will hydrate, replenish and rejuvenate the skin. Dehydrated skin can be very uncomfortable and painful. Not only will consistent hydration make you more comfortable, it will give you beautiful, glowing and healthier skin all year round.
Benefits of Relaxing!
Relaxing may be hard for most of you, but please do relax….for your own health! Allowing and finding ways for your body to relax improves your general health in many ways! A few of the biggest benefits include weight control (no stress eating), improved mood, boost in energy and improved longevity. Relaxing gives your heart a rest by slowing the heart rate. When the heart rate is slowed, blood pressure is also lowered decreasing your breathing
Relaxation techniques can include meditation, deep breathing, socializing face to face or on the phone (personal contact), decompressing by placing a warm wrap around your neck and shoulders for 10 minutes, laughing out loud, get moving by going for a walk, do yoga, skip the escalator and take the stairs - all of these will lower your cortisol levels (the body’s stress hormone) while boosting endorphins in your brain. All of these reduce the amount of oxygen needed, which increases blood flow to the muscles and decreases muscle tension. As a result, people have more energy, better sleep, increased concentration and better problem-solving skills which lead to enhanced physical health, mental health and immunity.
Benefits of Short Scar Facelifting Surgery
Facelift is a cosmetic procedure also known as rhytidectomy. Almost all of the facelifts in our office are short scar. These can improve sagging in the middle of the face, deep creases below the eyelids and deep creases around nose extending down on the sides of the mouth. It can also improve skin tone in the lower face that creates jowls. Loose skin and excess fatty tissue under the chin and jaw can give a person of average weight the appearance of a double chin. A facelift can also help contour the neck and jaw line better than most other techniques! Of course, this can be combined with many other techniques such as a mid face lift, neck lift, eyelid surgery, injectables and laser treatments.
