Coconut oil can be good for your skin?
Coconut oil can do wonders for your skin! It has antibacterial as well as antifungal properties. Coconut oil is very moisturizing and can hydrate dry hands and hair. It is less expensive than most beauty products and the plus side? It’s all natural! There are many great uses for coconut oil but let’s just focus on the skin. It works great as a facial cleanser and make up remover. Because of its antibacterial, antifungal and moisturizing properties it’s an ideal all in one cleanser. Coconut oil allows you to wash your face without stripping your skin of its natural (good) oils. If you are going to try it as a moisturizer I would suggest using it only at home because it is a heavy moisturizer that is not for on the go use!
Relax every day - you deserve it!
Relax, slow down, and take a break! Some of us hear this often, but if you don’t I’m sure you know why. Ha! But for those of us who do, just know that taking a break will help you increase your work productivity. Breaks help with concentration, thought processes and mental health. There have been many studies to prove this but one in particular took place at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Researchers studied four groups of people. Each group was given a brain intensive task the first group with no breaks for fifty minutes and the last group with the most breaks. The result was shocking. The group with the most breaks had the best end result! Other studies have shown working for fifty two minutes and breaking for seventeen increases a person’s working ability. So for all you workaholics out there, take a break! It will improve the quality of your work.
Benefits of an In-Office Neck Lift!
The medical term for a necklift is rhytidectomy. What is a rhytidectomy? It is a surgical procedure that helps to improve signs of aging in the jawline and neck. Some examples of this are jowls or excess skin or fat in the lower face or fat under the chin. The neck is improved with either liposuction alone, a neck lift, a short scar facelift or a fat melting injectable (or any combination of these). These procedures can dramatically rejuvenate the appearance of your neck.
A necklift can be performed in the office and the patient can choose to stay awake for the procedure. Rhytidectomy is a restorative surgery and cannot stop the signs of the aging process. While it can only be performed surgically other non-surgical procedures will not give you the same results. However if you do choose to add nonsurgical procedures, these will complement the results of the necklift.
