Four foods to help you look younger
The four foods we will be discussing today are Pomegranate seeds, blueberries, lobster and eggs. Pomegranate seeds are full of antioxidants like vitamin C and arsenal anthocyanin. Vitamin C helps to prevents fine lines, wrinkles and dryness. A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that high vitamin C intake lessened the likelihood of dryness and wrinkles in middle aged women. The seeds arsenal anthocyanin help increase collagen production, which keeps the skin looking youthful and firm. Blueberries are full of vitamin C and E. Both of these vitamins work together to brighten the skin and even skin tone. Lobster and other shellfish are high in zinc. Zinc accelerates the renewal of skin cells which can help to treat a range of skin issues including acne. Eggs are high in protein and minerals which help to keep your nails strong.
Abdominoplasty also known as a Tummy Tuck can benefit women and men who have loose abdominal skin and fat that is concentrated in the abdomen. Sometimes these conditions are inherited. In other instances, substantial weight loss may cause abdominal skin to become flaccid or loose. Abdominoplasty also can tighten muscles that have been separated and weakened by pregnancy. The procedure may somewhat improve the appearance of stretch marks, especially those located below the navel. If you are interested in abdominoplasty I suggest scheduling an appointment.
