Skin Care Tip
Makeup often clogs pores causing pimples, bumps, and blemishes. It is important to use makeup products properly, but few know the rules. The first rule is the need to thoroughly wash makeup off at the end of each day. That's an easy one. Next, you should never sleep in your makeup. Anytime that you will be placing your face against a pillow for more than 30 minutes, wash makeup off of your cheeks and chin. Further, when you do experience pimples, bumps or blemishes, you should realize that simply covering them up will worsen the issue. Covering will cause more product to penetrate pores that are already rich in bacteria, hastening the spread of bacteria. You are better off leaving off the makeup as long as possible or wearing it for the shortest duration possible each day (followed by a thorough cleaning). You do not want inflamed or irritated skin to spread or worsen. Lastly, keep your applicators clean! Few people actually do this! The tools which you are using frequently, such as brushes, sponges, etc., carry bacteria and fungi. If you use your hands to apply makeup make sure your hands are washed. It only takes a minute. Your face should likewise be cleaned right before applying the makeup. Using these tips will help to prevent unwanted breakouts caused by your daily makeup products and bring great rewards.
New studies conclusively show that people who sleep less are gaining more weight, getting more stressed, working less effectively, and living fewer years than those who get the proper amount of sleep. Up to 35 percent of Americans get less than seven hours of sleep each night. These non-sleepers have higher levels of gherkin, a hormone that stimulates hunger and makes you crave junk food. They also have less leptin a hormone that regulates energy and keeps your appetite from spiking. The actual quality of sleep of the other 65 percent can be improved for better health, weight and response to stress. That's where a sleep diet comes in. Eat at least 2 hours before bedtime. Avoid spicy and acidic foods on nights where you will be getting less sleep. Don't overeat at night. Don't drink water one hour before bedtime. Be active whenever you can, even close to bedtime. These are critical components to success and will help get you back to high quality shut eye.
Plastic Surgery Tip
Many women choose to have their breasts enlarged in order to satisfy that popular desire for a fuller bust-line and more appealing profile. Sometimes the reason for breast augmentation is more practical, such as when one breast is smaller than the other. Sometimes gravity is at fault. You may have been happy with your breasts in the past, but feel that they look different now. After weight loss, childbirth or as a result of aging, the breasts can lose volume and change shape. Breast augmentation can achieve many different cosmetic goals. If you are thinking about Breast Augmentation, consult with Dr. Speron to see which options are best for you.
