How effective is your sunscreen?
During the summertime, it's important to make sure that you are using the correct products to protect your skin. You can start by checking to see if your sunscreen has SPF to protect you from the suns' rays. It's typically recommended for your SPF to be of at least 30, and has a "broad spectrum" in order to prevent your skin from other rays such as the ultraviolet rays. In addition, checking to see if your sunscreen is waterproof is a great start to making sure you are set for the summer. Have fun this summer!
Green Tea is still good for you
Green tea has many benefits to drinking it and is known to improve health functions with its many minerals and antioxidants. Green tea has smaller amounts of caffeine as compared to coffee. It may increase brain activity, memory, and
mental focus. In addition, green tea has a natural chemical that results in a calming and relaxing effect. This may help you de-stress after a long day of work. Some studies have shown that green tea may assist with weight loss,
but not necessarily metabolism, as that depends on each person.

Saline vs. Silicone Breast Implants
If you're considering breast augmentation, it is important to look into whether or not you are interested in saline or silicone implants. Saline implants typically give a firmer feel to them. With silicone, you may have a more natural feel, and it's also softer to the touch. Therefore saline implants give more of a structured look, while silicone implants typically results in a more natural look. There are a variety of different sizes, so you have a great list of options depending on your need. Make sure you talk to your plastic surgeon about all of your options.
