Is Exfoliating Your Skin important?
Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin on the skin's surface. As the weather cools and your skin sheds, it's really important to exfoliate your skin to keep it looking smoother and more radiant. Exfoliating includes scraping away rough, dry and dead skin cells which in turn, aids in preventing wrinkles and older looking skin. Exfoliating the skin is even a great option for those with oily skin. It helps to keep their skin looking fresh. Additionally, it can be a great way of preventing acne because dead skin cells pile on top of each other clogging pores causing unwanted acne. You may select to exfoliate using either abrasive scrubs or Chemical peels.
What a great way to stay fresh!
Do you have to avoid processed foods??
You should probably avoid consuming processed foods for many reasons according to most doctors. Why?Many processed foods contain artificial ingredients where nasty chemicals are added to enhance color or taste. They want you to buy them over and over again. Companies claim these chemicals are safe, but they could actually do more harm to your body than good in the long run.
Don't forget that processed foods are typically higher in unhealthy fats, and may lead to unwanted weight gain. There is no doubt that processed foods are tasty, but as momma said, it's always best to turn to home cooked meals to satisfy your diet.

Cyst Removal Surgery
Cysts are sac-like structures that may contain air, fluids, or pus, and can be found anywhere on the body. Cysts may be caused by genetic conditions, infections, or an injury that injured a vessel. It is advised to try not to pop or burst a cyst, as it may lead to infections. Keeping it clean, and washing it with warm water is a good start to maintaining a cyst, until you are ready to have it removed! Go see your surgeon.
