Skin Care Tip

Your daily make-up products can cause unwanted acne!

Depending on the ingredients of your makeup products, it may cause unwanted acne. Therefore it is important to be aware of the types of makeup that you are using. It may be helpful to know if products are non-acnegenic. Non-acnegenic products typically do not clog pores, which keeps your skin fresh and less prone to acne. In addition, products that contain silicone typically do not allow the skin to breath, leading to acne. Once you choose the product that best fits you, don't forget to cleanse and wash your face to remove all products!

Keep your skin fresh this summer by being aware of what's in your makeup products.

Anti-Aging Tip

Benefits of Walnuts

Walnuts are not only a delicious treat, but have tremendous anti-aging benefits to them. Walnuts give your body Omega-3's and protein in a fun, safe way!
Omega-3's have shown to have positive effects on the brain and heart, leading to longevity and healthier living. In addition, walnuts contain the hormone melatonin which is essential for having a good night's rest. Lastly, treat your body from the inside out by eating walnuts, as they are essential in Vitamin B balance which promotes smoother and younger looking skin.
