Fall skin care tips
As the weather begins to transition, it is important to consider adjusting your skin care routine. Consider changing your cleanser and toner, as fall and winter hibernation sometimes requires a more gentler approach to skin care compared to the hot, and sunny summer temperatures. In addition, it's important to exfoliate gently. This is because the drier, and cooler temperatures sometimes do not require as much exfoliation as the warmer temperatures. Lastly, don't forget to hydrate your skin! Hydrating your skin all year round, especially during fall's drier temperatures.

As tasty as sugary treats and foods are, it may have negative effects on the aging of your skin. In addition, excess amounts of sugar cause sagging skin around the jowl area, discoloration and hyper pigmentation marks, and crevices around the mouth. You may decide to fight back sugar effects by increasing water intake and cutting back on sugar.
