Keep it simple!
Skin care should not be a complex science. If a company's skin care products are confusing you, chances are you should be looking for something that is simpler and easier to understand. Of course, this does not mean that skin care should not be backed by science. It simply means that it should be intuitive and easy to understand the company presents it to you. That should be the goal of a skin care company and your physician as they explain it to you and discuss what regimen is best for your specific skin care needs. Directions should be easy to follow and makes sense to you.
It's a new year, so how about you be nice to yourself!
We are often our own harshest critic. Whether we blame it on our parents, our jobs, our spouses, or whatever the reason, most people are just not nice to themselves. Some of us push ourselves way too hard. Some of us don't take vacations. As the new year starts, make a promise to yourself. Be a little nicer to yourself, you won't regret it.
