Go to sleep!

One of the easiest ways to get better sleep habits is to prioritize your sleep over your phone or devices!
You’re gonna feel so much better if you get into a routine.

Shut off all electronics at least 1 hour before sleep. Did you know that almost two-thirds of people aged 18–64 have within reach while they’re in bed. I was one of those people. A few years ago I decided to start putting my phone at the other end of my bedroom. I can’t have it out of my bedroom Completely because I’m on call every single night and I have to know if a patient, The emergency room or the hospital is trying to get a hold of me. But I feel so much better not being close to it. Give it a try. What have you got to lose?

Ditch your device, if you want to sleep!
