Skin cancer is not something you should ignore

Skin cancer is not something you should ignore.

Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States so getting regular check ups, using sunblock and catching things when they’re small and early are all things that are very important.

The importance of sun safety cannot ever be underemphasized, whether you’re in the middle of the summer or the middle of winter.

It’s sad when people pass away from skin cancer, especially when they’ve had lesions that they’ve ignored for many years. If you have any doubts, please come get a quick check up as insurance typically covers skin exams. Don’t turn a blind eye and don’t ignore a suspicious lesion.

Skin cancer is the most common cancer in humans so chances are we’re all going to get one at some point. But it doesn’t have to be a death sentence. Catch it early!
