The Speron Revision Promise™

Our Commitment to You

At Dr. Speron Plastic Surgery, patient satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. While we consistently strive for optimal outcomes, we understand that healing and results can vary. In the rare event that your result does not align with the intended surgical outcome, we offer our Speron Revision Promise™—a structured, supportive approach to help you achieve your goals.

Why Wait 6 Months?

Healing from surgery takes time. Swelling, scar maturation, and tissue response evolve over several months. For this reason, any revision procedure is only considered after at least 6 months post-surgery, once the initial recovery and tissue stabilization have occurred.

How It Works

Patients may be eligible for a no-cost or reduced-cost revision under one of the following pathways:

  1. Surgeon-Based Revision (Surgeon-Initiated or Agreed Upon)
If we determine that a revision is appropriate and related to the original surgical plan:
  • Surgeon’s fee is waived in full
  • Patient is responsible only for facility, anesthesia, implants/devices, and supply fees (if applicable)
  1. No-Fault Revision (Unforeseen or Atypical Healing Outcomes)
Even with the best care and technique, biology can be unpredictable. If a revision is deemed appropriate, but the original surgery met the standard of care:
  • 50% of the surgeon’s fee is waived
  • Patient covers operating room, anesthesia, implants/devices, and associated procedural costs (if applicable)

Note: This policy does not apply to additional procedures not part of the original treatment plan or declined at the time of initial consultation or surgery.

Important Notes

  • Eligibility for revision is determined by the surgeon upon in-person assessment and review of healing progress.
  • This is a courtesy policy, not a guarantee or entitlement.
  • Any revision procedure must be medically appropriate and agreed upon by both patient and surgeon.
